I Want to Help

This is a time for the compassion and generosity of the Church to come alive. We’ve been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, compassion and generosity from our church family seeking ways to help in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Below are a list of opportunities to serve and give financially, in our community.

Have a Need / Meet a Need
If you can meet a need in this season, please complete this form to be matched with someone in our community who has a specific need (may be financial) based on your ability to provide support

Supporting Hospitals
You can support local hospitals fighting COVID-19 directly by visiting the websites for Evergreen Health Foundation, Providence, and UW Medicine.

Medical Teams International is shipping Personal Protective Equipment to hospitals and repurposing their fleet of Mobile Dental Vans to serve at local drive-thru COVID-19 testing sites, as well as their ongoing support to refugees around the world. Donate to support this important response to COVID-19.

Supporting Schools
Kirkland Nourishing Network gives Safeway gift cards for school counselors to distribute to families on free or reduced lunch programs, and the Lake Washington Schools Foundation is a local volunteer group that provides hand-packed bags of kid-friendly food to schools for hungry students.

Supporting Reach
Reach’s commitment to financially support Jesus’ mission in Seattle and beyond continues even amidst this crisis, and your giving to Reach supports the organizations listed here, as well as children in the foster care system through our collaborations with Olive Crest and the WA Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF). You can continue to support the mission of the church by giving online at reachchurch.cc/give or on the Reach app.
