Try Softer: Trauma Care Group for Women

NOTE: Care Groups are closed environments that ask for consistent attendance (not missing more than 2 weeks in a given cohort).  This is essential for creating a safe, trusting, and therapeutic environment. Missing more than 2 weeks can disrupt the group’s rhythm and cohesion, making it harder for members to feel connected and supported.

ABOUT THIS GROUP

This Care Group is for women who have had painful life experiences who long to walk in greater peace and compassion with their stories. Following the book Try Softer by Aundi Kolber, we will provide a space to learn, process, and build community around this tender topic.

Try Softer isn’t just about Trauma, but about how to see your full story, respond to your body, and learn about how to be someone not hijacked by anxiety or suppression.

This group is facilitated by a Care Group Lead who has provided support to women who have experienced trauma, loss, betrayal and more through groups in multiple capacities.

Try Softer emphases safety and support of members who get to share when, what, and how much they desire (without pressure).

This Care Group is a closed group with limited space.  You will be provided with a book!
