We literally couldn’t do it without you.
This church family runs on the efforts of people who joyfully make time to see the mission move forward. Jesus sacrificially served us, so we do the same for one another — it’s that simple. The list of serve opportunities below (as well as internships and job postings) is always evolving, so check back often.
Reach kids
Do you love helping kids know God’s story? Are you crafty? Were you an all-star in P.E. class? Each week we have the best opportunity to bless our kiddos and have a ton of fun.
Trucks + Set-Up + Tear Down
We’re a church that meets on a college campus. Every week we create an environment so people can have a life-changing encounter with God.
Hospitality
Connecting with new folks is our specialty. We help people feel welcome and point the way for visitors to have a great Sunday.
Video Production
Help create the livestream that hundreds of people tune in for each week. No experience needed.
Music + Media
We’re a close-knit team of band members and behind-the-scenes techs. We serve and laugh hard.
Creative + COMMS

Special Roles & Projects
Design a Scholarship Program for the Church
Opportunity
Giving with our finances is a part of how we worship Jesus with our whole lives. Not only do we give, but we like to get creative and intentional with how we generously invest the church’s mission funds. One of our desires is to provide scholarships for folks from minority backgrounds who are pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or certificate-based education, especially theological training. While we have been issuing a few scholarships this year already, we want to formalize the application process, candidate assessment, and distribution of funding, so that Reach can be a blessing to promising students for years to come.
Working with Reach’s Lead Pastor and Executive Director, we expect that this project would take a volunteer around one month to:
- Research best practices and other examples of comparable scholarship programs.
- Create a proposal with 1-3 options for how Reach’s might structure our scholarship program given our objectives.
- Present these options to Reach’s leadership team for consideration and implementation by Staff.
Who would be great at this?
- Someone with experience in grant making and higher ed financial aid.
- Someone who enjoys research and consulting.
- Someone comfortable balancing priorities in generosity, program design, and risk management.
Review the Church’s Insurance Policy
Opportunity
While Reach has had a longstanding insurance policy with a faith-based provider that has served us well, we would benefit from having a volunteer or volunteer team with a background and expertise with insurance to review our current policy to:
- Identify any notable gaps in our coverage.
- Assess the value of the coverage for what we pay for it.
- Make recommendations on any changes we should make to ensure we’re stewarding the church well.
We expect this project to take about 1 week, and the volunteer(s) would be working directly with Reach’s Executive Director and Director of People Ops.
Who would be great at this?
- Someone with a background in insurance and risk mitigation.
- Someone with a great attention to detail!
Non-Profit Real Estate Management
Opportunity
The Reach Family of Churches is fortunate to be able to steward some real estate that we want to ensure is being maximized for the mission of the church. We would benefit from someone who has expertise in nonprofit real estate and property management to consult with us on how we might go about utilizing the surplus space that we have.
Working with Reach’s Executive Director, we expect that this project would take a volunteer who’s an expert in this area around one week to advise us.
Who would be great at this?
- Someone with expertise in nonprofit real estate, taxation, and law.
- Someone who enjoys research and consulting.
- Someone comfortable balancing priorities in generosity, property management, and risk management.
Serve the city
We want to be a church our community actually needs.
From day one, Reach has been passionate about doing whatever it takes to meet needs in the places we live, work and play. Sometimes that means partnering with a non-profit organization, other times it means pioneering a new initiative to bring hope to those who need it.
