The Reach Counseling Center currently has immediate openings for new clients.
Reach began with a simple question: What would it look like for the Church to provide excellent counseling in our region at an affordable cost? That question continues to shape what we do. Our desire is to make high-quality, clinically grounded mental health care more accessible to people in our community. Sessions start at just $50, with additional sliding-scale options available.
Our counselors provide individual and couples counseling for children, adolescents, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, divorce, abuse, unwanted sexual behaviors, spiritual concerns, and more.We draw from a variety of evidence-based and relational approaches, including:
• Attachment-Focused & Trauma-Informed Care
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Narrative & Story Work
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Somatic approaches
Reach is rooted in a Christian understanding of people and healing, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds. We value the role faith and spirituality can play in the healing process and thoughtfully integrate each client’s own faith tradition and beliefs into counseling when desired.
